Simply download the program and create a user account on the website Whisher. From that moment on, anyone with a Whisher account who wants to connect to your network can do so as long as you allow access.

Whisher can also create user groups and share selected files. The application displays any terminals connected to your network in real-time.

If you do not want your WiFi made public, you can always limit access to those users who you do not deem fit.
